How can we train the total body to improve overall strength, endurance and power like Goku and Krillin?
Whether a beginner, intermediate or advance warrior, it's imperative to train the total body. This includes upper body, lower body, posterior chain, anterior chain, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. When master Roshi first started training young Goku and Krillin at his Turtle Hermit School, he never focused on only one area. Master Roshi had Goku and Krillin running, swimming, lifting, pulling and more. This anime inspired calisthenics workout will challenge warriors to follow a sequence of exercises to train the total body that will require strength, endurance and explosive power similar to young Goku's and Krillin's training at Master Roshi's Turtle Hermit School.
