Fight Fit Workout: Droid Battle

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a fight fit workout at least 3x/week at minimum.

Training Equipment:

Punching Bag

Boxing Gloves

Hand wraps

The Workout:

Round 1: Jab + Cross + Hook + Uppercut + Bob and weave + Up Elbow + Cross Elbow + Right and Left Knee

Round 2: Jab + Cross + Sprawl + Push Kick + Round House Kick

Round 3: Jab + Cross + Spin Back Kick

Clinch Exercise: Sumo Jump Squats
