This anime inspired fight fit workout, Maniacal Boxer can help warriors learn extensive punch combinations and fine-tune some of the boxing basics to move like the Maniacal Boxer from the Hajime No Ippo series, Ryo Mashiba.

Hajime No Ippo anime series included a lengthy list of skilled fighters and one of them was Ryo Mashiba. After being released from jail, he was offered a job and started his new life as an upcoming boxer. Ryo was not like other boxers that entered the ring. Ryo had a type of rage in him that turned him into a lightning fast, killing machine, "maniacal fighter" in the boxing ring which led him to defeating Miyata in the boxing tournament semi-finals. This Hajime No Ippo fight fit workout, Maniacal Boxer, can help warriors learn extensive offense boxing skills and fine-tune them to perform and move like Ryo Mashiba.
