Fight Fit Workout: Super Sapien

Behind The Workout:

This Fight Fit workout was inspired by one of the human Dragon Ball characters, Krillin. Although Krillin never achieved the power levels of a saiyan, Krillin still achieved unbelievable strength, power and endurance for a human warrior. Just like Krillin, we also can unlock and achieve our max potential as human warriors. This fight fit workout will challenge human warriors to complete three rounds that include some of the fighting essentials.

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a fight fit workout at least 3x/week at minimum.

Training Equipment:

Punching Bag

Boxing Gloves

Hand wraps

The Workout:

Round 1: Cross + Hook + Cross + Bob and Weave + Cross + Uppercut + Hook

Round 2: Jab + Cross + Right and Left Knee + Hook + Front Kick + Round House Kick

Round 3: Jab + Cross + Hook + Cross + Spin Back Kick

Clinch Exercise: Squat Shoulder Press
