Fight Fit: Fight and Conquer

Our favorite anime heroe's will do whatever it takes to come out on top and conquer the villain such as when Goku achieved Ultra Instinct to defeat Jiren or when Luffy went head-to-head with his own grandfather to stand his ground. It may be a struggle at first, but through a strong body and mind, one can conquer the worst.


Fight Fit Workout Focus:

Below is a fight workout that will challenge coslete cosplayers in a variation of timed rounds to help build both physical and mental strength.


Fight Fit Workout Details:

Complete each round in sequential format

Complete each round based on the provided round time

Rest 1-2 min. between each round.

Complete Clinch exercise after each round and before moving onto the next round.


Fight & Conquer Workout:

Round 1:

Jab + Cross + L Hook + R Uppercut + R & L Knee

Round 2:

Jab + Cross + R Front Kick + L Round House Kick

Round 3:

Jab + Cross + L Round House Kick + R Round House Kick

Clinch Exercise:

Dragon Crawls
