Fight Fit: Supreme Fighter

There's no doubt that each of our favorite anime shows have at least one "supreme" warrior or in other words, warriors or characters that are superior to all others whether a hero or villain. In terms of warriors that fight, it's no secret that supreme warriors have truly mastered the basics in their fight craft and can execute these skills with no hesitation.


Fight Fit Workout Focus:

Below is a fight workout to help cosletes and cosplayers become a supreme fighter by practicing and mastering the basics in kickboxing.


Fight Fit Workout Details:

Complete each round in sequential format

Complete each round based on the provided round time

Rest 1-2 min. between each round.

Complete Clinch exercise after each round and before moving onto the next round.


Supreme Fighter Workout:

Round 1:

Jab + Cross + L Hook + R Uppercut + L Hook + R Cross

Round 2:

Jab + Cross + Low L Round House Kick + High R Round House Kick

Round 3:

Jab + Cross + R Round House Kick + R Spin Back Kick

Clinch Exercise:

Plank Down Ups + Plank jack
