This anime inspired full body calisthenics workout, Base Builder 3 can help warriors adapt, evolve and ascend into a stronger and more powerful warrior by incorporating some basic calisthenics exercises.

There's no doubt that we see amazing features from some of our favorite anime warriors. We see features such as Baki's one side crow, Goku's handstand push ups, Saitama's 100 push ups in a row etc. If you are not at this level, don't stress. Although these are awe-inspiring skills, these skills are not necessary to level up! On the other hand, if you are looking to achieve these skills, these are not achieved over night. This anime inspired full body calisthenics workout, Base Builder 3 can help warriors improve overall muscular strength, endurance and aesthetics in addition to progressing toward more advance skills.

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a calisthenics workout at least 3x/week at minimum.

Training Equipment:

Low pull up bar

Power and Pride Full Body Calisthenics Workout Details:

Complete 10-15 repetitions for each exercise

Complete 3-4 sets for each superset

Rest 60-90 seconds between each superset

Warm Up:

Complete a 5 minute warm up or complete Initial Mile's Total Body Warm Up.

Cool Down:

Complete a 5 minute cool down or complete Initial Mile's Chi Flow Yoga Routine.

1. Push Up and Release + Donkey Kicks

2. Australian Row + Laying Hamstring Curls

3. Plank Down Ups + Fire Hydrants
