This anime inspired fight fit workout, Fusion Fighter, can help warriors learn how to move and fight like Dragon Ball's fused Saiyan warrior, Gogeta!


Fictional to Functional Workout:

This anime inspired fight fit workout was inspired by the fusion Saiyan warrior, Gogeta. We first saw Gogeta in the Dragon Ball Z movie, Fusion Reborn when he took on the evil super Janemba. Although this battle between Gogeta and Super Janemba was quick, there's no doubt that Gogeta's fighting abilities, strength, power and speed had enhanced. This anime inspired fight fit workout, Fusion Fighter will challenge warriors to complete three rounds executing both essential and advance fighting techniques similar t o Gogeta's fight with Super Janemba.


Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a fight fit workout at least 3x/week at minimum.


Training Equipment:

Punching Bag

Boxing Gloves

Hand wraps


The Workout:

Round 1: Jab + Cross + Right and Left Knee + Flying Punch + Axe Kick

Round 2: Jab + Right Round House Kick + Cross + L Round House Kick + Flying Knee

Round 3: Jab + Cross + Spin Hook Kick

Clinch Exercise: Dumbbell Swings
