Hero Fit: Tien Workout

Although Tien is now an ally of Goku and the rest of the Z warriors, they didn't start off as friends. Tien is a descendant from the alien triclops race and is one of the strongest martial artists on earth. Tien possesses the following powers:


Ultimate strength

Ultimate speed

Flying abilities

Shoot laser beams from third eye

Grow arms from his back

Split into four people


Fighting one of the strongest martial artist like Tien will take strength, endurance, agility, skill and a strong mindset. Although Tien is now one of the good guys, doesn't mean you should steer away from a sparring session. It's imperative to learn different fighting abilities and skills as a Saikou Sapian fighter to adapt, evolve and ascend into the best version of you!


Workout: You VS. Tien

Equipment Required: Jump Rope, Dumbbells, Punching Bag (Optional)

Training Target: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio Endurance, Agility and Speed
