Kid Buu is a selfish, spoiled and sadistic villain in the Dragon Ball universe. Just like most villains his abilities include:

Kid Buu has a fighting style that is chaotic and his choices of destruction are highly unpredictable. As a Saikou Sapian fighter, you must be prepared for the unknown; in other words, be prepared for anything and everything.


Workout: You VS. Kid Buu

Equipment Required: Pull up Bar, Dumbbells, Jump Rope, Plyo Box, Punching Bag (Optional)

Training Target: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio Endurance, Agility and Speed
