This One Punch Man inspired fitness challenge, Hero For Fun will challenge warriors muscular strength, overall endurance and agility.
Although Saitama started off as a class-C ranked hero a.k.a. "low rank" hero in his universe, Saitama took his human abilities to another level through consistent training to become a hero "for fun". Eventually he proved that he was stronger, more powerful and faster than the other heroes, which led to outranking the majority of senior class ranks above him. This One Punch Man inspired challenge, Hero For Fun, will have warriors complete a modified, slightly more balanced version of his famous workout that can help improve overall strength, endurance and speed.
Who's This For?
Suitable for intermediate and advance levels. If you are a beginner attempting this challenge, you can modify exercises, repetitions and sets as necessary.

Pull up bar
Punching bag (optional)
GPS watch or 1 mile route
Warm Up:
Complete a 5 minute warm up or complete Initial Mile's Total Body Warm Up.

Straight Punches
Push-Ups

Push-Ups > Elevated Push-Ups > Knee Push-Ups
Pull-Ups > Dead Hang for 10-60 sec. > Prone Back Extensions

Run 1 Mile > Walk 1 Mile
Coach Notes:
Return every single punch back to your chin.
Maintain a flat back when completing push-ups. Do not let your hips sag or pike.
Place weight in your heels when completing the squat while maintaining a flat back with chest forward and bending your knees to lower hips down to knee level.
Try to decrease rocking in hips when completing the shoulder taps. Imagine a weight plate on your back and not letting it fall off.
