Run Workout: Arvala 7 Mudhorn Run

Behind the Workout:

This anime inspired run workout was inspired by the battle between Din Djarin and the Mudhorn when Din Djarin seeked out the Mudhorn egg for the Jawas. The Mudhorn was not an easy battle for Din Djarin. As much as Din Djarin fought, the Mudhorn had Din Djarin running, jumping, weaving and falling in every direction and it got to a point where Din Djarin almost gave up until baby Grogu saved him via the Force. This run workout will have cosplayers sprinting and jumping mimicking what Din Djarin went through to retrieve the Mudhorn egg.

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a run workout at least 1x/week at minimum.

Training Equipment:


The Run Workout:

Sprint 1: 30 seconds + 5x Box Jumps

Sprint 2: 30 seconds + 20x Lateral Hops

Sprint 3: 30 seconds + 10x Box Jumps

Sprint 4: 30 seconds + 20x Lateral Hops

Sprint 5: 30 seconds + 15 Box Jumps

Sprint 6: 30 seconds + 20x Lateral Hops
