Run Workout: Baki's 800s

For those who don't know who Baki Hanma, Baki Hanma is one strong teenager who tests his skills against a variety of opponents but not in the typical competition form but in deadly, no rules combat which can take place anywhere at anytime. Baki has advance fighting skills like no other, ultimate power, ultimate strength and moves as unreal speeds which was proven when he attempted to run a long distance race. During this run, Baki broke a record for the 800 meter run but ran so fast at the start that he couldn't finish the race because he had zero energy remaining.


Run Workout Focus:

Although cosletes and cosplayers will be challenged to break Baki's 800 meter run record, in other words, run 800 meters as fast as they can with shorter sprint intervals in between.


Baki's 800s Run Workout Details:


Complete all sprints in sequential format


Rest 30-60 seconds between each sprint. Complete longer rest as necessary.


Complete the workout within the 9-10 RPE range


Anime inspired run workout challenging cosplayers to complete 10 sprint runs.
