Run Workout: Buggy Ball Run

Captain Buggy is one odd clown but is not one villain to take lightly. Early in the One Piece series, Captain Buggy doesn't only show his chop-chop abilities but also showcases his most devastating weapon, the Buggy Ball Canon! When initiated these Buggy Balls can cause devastating damage. Your goal is to dodge Buggy Balls.


Run Workout Focus:

Cosletes and cosplayers will be required to run, jump and squat their way through this One Piece inspired workout as their speed, agility and overall endurance are challenged.


Buggy Ball Run Workout Details:

Complete all sprints in sequential format

Rest 30 seconds between each sprint. Complete longer rest as necessary.

Complete the workout within the 7-9 RPE range


Buggy Ball Run:

Sprint 15 seconds + 5x box jumps

Rest

Sprint 15 seconds + 10x bodyweight squats

Rest

Sprint 30 seconds + 5x box jumps

Rest

Sprint 30 seconds + 10x bodyweight squats

Rest

Sprint 45 seconds + 5x box jumps

Rest

Sprint 45 seconds + 10x bodyweight squats

Rest

Sprint 30 seconds + 5x box jumps

Rest

Sprint 30 seconds + 10x bodyweight squats

Rest

Sprint 15 seconds + 5x box jumps

Rest

Sprint 15 seconds + 10x bodyweight squats

Finish
