Run Workout: Light Speed

One Piece's Saitama may be known for his ultimate strength and of course his one punch, knock out abilities, but he also holds another unbelievable feature and that is running at the speed of light.

Run Workout Focus:

Cosletes and cosplayers will be required to run at their fastest speeds for this run workout if they are looking to build speed like One Piece's, Saitama.

Light Speed Run Workout Details:

Complete all sprints in sequential format

Rest 30 seconds between each sprint. Complete longer rest as necessary.

Complete the workout within the 9-10 RPE range
