Run Workout: Roshi Run Three

Following Master Roshi's milk delivery run, Roshi Run Three will mimic pdigging trenches and planting crops with zero tools! During this workout, young Goku and Krillin were challenged to help a farmer plant his crops without any tools. This test was made to strengthen their hands and deal with overall pain.


Warm Up: 3 minutes

Cool Down: 3 minutes

Sprint 1: 60 sec. + 15 sec. bear Crawl
