Run Workout: Roshi Run Two

Following Master Roshi's first sprint and agility test, Roshi Run Two will mimic the milk delivery run that Master Roshi had young Goku and Krillin complete. During this run, they had to run up mountains which tested their endurance, sprint through a dinosaur infested field which tested agility and test their balance by walking across a log all while holding a box of milk!


Warm Up: 3 minutes

Cool Down: 3 minutes


The Workout:

Sprint 1: 60 sec. at Incline of Choice

Rest

Sprint 2: 60 sec. + 3x Single Leg Burpees ea. side

Rest

Sprint 3: 60 sec. Flat Ground

Rest

Sprint 4: 60 sec. at Incline of Choice

Rest

Sprint 5: 60 sec. + 6x Single Leg Burpees ea. side

Rest

Sprint 6: 60 sec. Flat Ground

Rest

Sprint 7: 60 sec. at Incline of Choice

Rest

Sprint 8: 60 sec. + 9x Single Leg Burpees ea. side

Rest

Sprint 9: 60 sec. Flat Ground
