Run Workout: Speed Boost

Remember when Piccolo had that "little extra" in him from his wish granted from Shen Long? That extra bonus gave Piccolo the boost to get even stronger and faster to help hold off Cell Max in Dragon Ball Super and this run workout will challenge cosplayers to find that "little extra".


Run Workout Focus:

Cosletes and cosplayers will be challenged to run at some of their fastest speeds for an extended period of time after completing a short burst of sprinting with niminal rest in between.


Light Speed Run Workout Details:


Complete all sprints in sequential format


Rest 15 seconds between each sprint. Complete longer rest as necessary.


Complete the workout within the 9-10 RPE range


Anime inspired run workout challenging cosplayers to complete 10 sprint runs.
