Weight Training: Legs and Glutes

If you want to perform like your favorite anime hero, it's imperative to train legs at least 2-3 days a week. Although we don't have the super abilities like these warriors, we can still train toward our own optimal human abilities to gain the human equivalence of Goku kicking strength, Baki's jumping abilities and Luffy's agility.


Focus: Leg Glute Hypertrophy Strength

Level: Suitable for all levels

Legs & Glutes Routine:

  1. Superset 1 - DB Squats + Fire Hydrants

  2. DB Hip Bridges + Lateral Lunges

  3. DB Step Up Knee Raise + Hip Bridge Walks
