When is the Anime Fan and Fitness Festival?
Saturday, September 6
What are the hours of the festival?
10am-4pm
Where do I park?
Free parking is available across the street and nearby neighborhoods.
When will a full schedule of the event be live?
The full schedule of events will be finalized about two weeks before the festival.
Can I bring a bag?
There is currently no specific bag policy. Please remember that bags may be searched at anytime by Security, Police, and/or Staff. Refusal to comply will result in ejection from the venue.
Can I take photos?
Yes. However, ALWAYS ask for permission beforehand.
Will alcohol be served at the festival?
No. Zero alcohol will be allowed in the festival area. Any guests with alcohol, will be removed from the premises.
Is smoking allowed?
For the health and safety of all attendees, smoking is strictly prohibited in the festival area. We kindly ask that you respect this policy and refrain from smoking within the festival vicinity.
Are pets allowed?
Well trained pets are allowed. Please respect the space and clean up after your pets. Any pets that are untrained and show malicious behavior will be removed from the vicinity for safety reasons.
5K RUN FAQ
Will there be race day registration available?
No. Registration closes on Friday, September 5 or upon selling out. Click here to register online.
How much is registration?
Early Bird - $38 (April 7 to June 29)
Regular - $50 (June 30 to September 5)
What time does packet pick up open?
7:30-9:30am
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my BIB number?
Please have a valid photo ID prepared.
Are refunds available if I cannot make it to the race?
No. However, athletes can use the credit toward the next 5k event.
Can I run in cosplay?
Absolutely, as long as your cosplay is an acceptable size and does not disrupt the runners on course.
Can I play music on a portable speaker during the race?
Due to the safety and experience of your fellow runners, portable speakers are prohibited on course.
Can I run with a stroller?
Absolutely.
ANIME FIT CHALLENGE FAQ
What type of exercises will be included in the Anime Fit Challenge?
Challenges will be shared with registered participants two weeks before the event.
Is there a fee to enter the Anime Fit Challenge?
There is no fee to participate in the Anime Fit Challenge however, it is limited to 50 participants.
What time will the Anime Fit Challenge Begin?
Registered participants can attempt the challenge between the hours of 12-3pm.
How many attempts am I allowed for each challenge?
Each participant will have one attempt to complete each challenge.
COSPLAY FAQ
Will there be a cosplay security check?
For the safety and security of all guests, all cosplayers with any type of cosplay weapon will be required to go through a security check prior to entering the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
