This yoga flow routine, 5 Minute Morning Flow, was created for those time crunched warriors who only have a few minutes to get their morning started with a few quick stretches.


Although we can create well structured routines to follow, sometimes life happens and we warriors lose some time to our day. Don't let that reason stop you from starting your day with some essential movements that can energize your mind and body. This yoga flow routine, 5 Minute Morning Flow, can help set you on an energized path for the day.

5 Minute Flow Details:

Complete each exercise in sequential format.

Follow the time length for each exercise


5 Minute Flow Routine:

Seated side bend

Wall angels

Cat and cow

Childs pose

Cobra pose

Downward dog

Crescent lunge


Coach Notes:

  • Modify time length for each exercise.

  • Execute each exercise at your own comfort level.

  • Because this is a morning routine, move slowly into each exercise. Your body is still waking up and requires extra time to allow complete blood and oxygen flow.
