Yoga: Full Body Power Flow

We've seen our anime hero's execute advance movements. However, if you're a Dragon Ball fan, you can't forget Goku's famous handstand or Vegeta's one hand, handstand push up. Although, this yoga flow won't immediately bring those results into fruition, this can be a starting point to help you practice and improve your comfort and strength levels while executing inversion poses.


*Note: Please note that this flow was created for advance practitioners due to the inversion movements.


Yoga Routine:

  1. Seated spinal twist

  2. Butterfly sit

  3. Seated side bend

  4. Seated single leg hamstring stretch

  5. Cobra stretch

  6. Downdog

  7. Crescent lunge

  8. Lizard lunge

  9. Single hamstring stretch

  10. Deep squat

  11. Crow pose

  12. Headstand
