Thank you for your interest in joining the Initial Mile, Anime Fan and Fitness Festival team!


We are a growing organization building a unique community where anime and fitness collide! As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are looking for more responsibility outside of a volunteer position to support our festival operations. This is a stipend-based position, ideal for those who are passionate about anime culture, fitness events, community building, or gaining hands-on event experience.

Vendor Operation Lead

Entertainment Operation Lead

Event Experience Lead

Volunteer Lead A.M. and P.M.

Have you previously worked at prior events similar to ours? e.g. Run Events, Comic Cons, Festivals etc.

Are you available to join virtual meetings leading up to the main event?

You will not receive your stipend until you have fulfilled all of your duties. This includes but is not limited to attending virtual meetings, completing your hours and tasks at the actual event etc.
