Join Initial Mile for the second annual fusion event, Anime Fan and Fitness Festival, where anime fans and fitness enthusiasts come together for a day of celebrating anime and fitness. We’re inviting vendors to showcase your products and services to a diverse and engaged audience. Whether you specialize in anime merchandise, fitness gear, wellness products, or anything in between, this is your chance to connect with a unique group of individuals who share your interests.

Who Are We Looking For?

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing both the vendor and guest experience, we are implementing measures to maintain a balanced variety of offerings and uphold the overall quality of services and merchandise. To achieve this, we will be limiting the number of vendors accepted within certain categories.

What is the vendor fee?

Vendor fee is $70. Fees can be paid via Venmo. If you do not have Venmo, please message us for other alternatives.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

This is an outdoor event that will take place on a large grass field. Please plan accordingly. 

I'm just starting out as a small business and this will be my first event. Can I still apply?

Absolutely! As long as your business aligns with our mission, we would love to have you start your vendor adventure with us at our second annual event.

Can I have a representative host my booth if I am personally unable to attend?

We highly suggest our small businesses owners be present at their booth to build a stronger relationship with our guests, however we understand life does happen and will allow a representative to host your booth. Please email us their name and contact info ahead of time.

When will we receive our booth placement?

We will send out a map of our festival and your booth placement at least one week ahead before the event.

If approved, you agree to post the event on your social media at least 1x per week beginning 3 months before the event.

There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee. Special accommodations may be made based on a case-by-case basis.

Participants of outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions will be given a credit toward a future event. No refunds will be given to participants for outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions or conditions beyond the organizer's control.
