If approved, you agree to post the event on your social media at least 1x per week.

Initial Mile and its owners, its venue partners and the City of Gilroy will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the participant property, injury to the participant.

Participants are required to provide their own tables, displays, and fixtures - only 10x10 space is provided. Electricity is not provided.

Participants must provide their own 6' table, 4' table, or 10'x10' pop up canopy along with all table/chairs/displays etc. they require for their setup.

There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee. Special accommodations may be made based on a case-by-case basis.

Participants of outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions will be given a credit toward a future event. No refunds will be given to participants for outdoor events postponed due to weather conditions or conditions beyond the organizer's control.

Vendors participating in our inaugural event will be grandfathered in at the special inaugural vendor fee, securing this exclusive rate for all future events. Please note, this exclusive rate will be forfeited the year you do not attend our event.

All vendors are required to remain open between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Failure to do so will forfeit your inaugural vendor fee benefit.
