This dynamic warm-up routine for fighters was created to help hybrid heroes loosen muscles and increase blood flow before starting any of their fight fit workouts.


Whether at your base form or ultra form, preparing your body before an intense combat workout is imperative. One of the most effective ways to get your blood flowing, loosen tight muscles and prepare your nervous system before your workout is through a proper warm-up routine; specifically a dynamic warm-up routine. This dynamic warm-up routine was created for anime hybrid heroes to complete before their fight fit workouts.
