Yoga: Full Body Energy Flow

In order to become a well balanced coslete and cosplayer, you must not only have the strength, endurance and fighting abilities but you must also have healthy mobility, flexibility and a strong mindset. This Full Body Energy Flow will take you through a series of 12 exercises to help improve your overall mobility and flexibility health.

Complete each exercise for 3-5 deep breaths or complete each movement for 30-60 seconds.
