We've all seen our favorite anime hero's go tail to tail with their nemesis. Weapons are wielded, punches are thrown, followed with kicks of speed and power. This yoga routine places focus on helping you achieve ultimate flexibility in your hips and legs to execute higher kicks.


Yoga Routine Focus:

Cosletes and cosplayers will be required to complete a list of movements focusing on improving your splits abilities.


Yoga Routine Details:

Complete each exercise in sequential format.

Complete each exercise for 3-5 deep breaths or complete each exercise for 30-60 seconds.

Leg Swings

Triangle Pose

Deep Front Lunge

Deep Squat

Deep Lateral Lunge

Butterfly Sit

Frog Stretch

Single Leg Hamstring Stretch
