This calisthenics dynamic warm-up was created to help hybrid heroes loosen muscles and increase blood flow before starting any of their calisthenics routines.


Whether at your base form or ultra form, preparing your body before a calisthenics workout is imperative. One of the most effective ways to get your blood flowing, loosen tight muscles and prepare your nervous system before your workout is through a proper warm-up routine; specifically a dynamic warm-up routine. This dynamic warm-up routine was created for anime hybrid heroes to complete before their calisthenics workouts.
