Before every hero faces their greatest battle, they power up. The same goes for obstacle course racing; your warm-up is your transformation scene. This blog shares essential warm-up exercises to help you unlock agility, strength, and endurance, so you can charge into the course or workout like your favorite anime warrior ready to conquer each challenge.

Training Notes:

  • Always complete a warm-up before beginning any type of workout.

  • Modify the time or repetitions of each exercise to match your fitness level.

  • Complete the run in an easy RPE zone.

  • After completing the warm-up, your body should be at or near a sweat.
