Fight Fit Muay Thai Workout 3

Dragon Ball Vegeta Fighting with Broly

This Anime Inspired Fight Fit routine, Muay Thai Workout 3, can help warriors train Muay Thai essentials and overall agility.

Although Dragon Ball Super Broly turned out to be a legendary Saiyan with a warm, kind heart, he was a mindless, beastly warrior when under his father's control and going up against Goku and Vegeta. He had one goal and it was to defeat these Saiyans and anyone who stands in his way. Going up against such a warrior required Goku and Vegeta to execute every fight skills they knew to maneuver around Broly's attacks and to strike him where it hurts. This Anime Inspired Fight Fit routine, Muay Thai Workout 3, can help warriors train Muay Thai essentials and similar movements that we see throughout this battle.
