Chest Opener Yoga Flow

Initial Mile Endi

This yoga flow routine, Chest Opener Flow, can help warriors maintain the range of motion and mobility in the chest and shoulder regions.

The battles we see in the anime universe include a variety of endless combat skills such as punching, pushing, throwing, grabbing, spinning, jumping etc. To execute such moves, not only requires power and strength, but also healthy mobility and in this certain case, mobility in the chest and shoulders region. Sufficient mobility in this region can help prevent injuries and improve overall performance such as when executing punches and lifting objects over head.
