Complete each exercise in sequential format.
Follow the appropriate sets, repetitions and rest times offered.

Dumbbell Chest Press
Standing Back Rows
Walking Lunges
Glute Bridges
Total Body Weight Training Routine Exercise Alternatives:
Dumbbell Chest Press > Push Ups
Walking Lunges > Static Lunges
Glute Bridges > Glute Bridge Hold
Initial Mile Coach Notes:
Inhale on the eccentric movement. Exhale on concentric movement.
> Chest Press Example: Exhale on press phase. Inhale on lower phase.
Modify amount of repetitions and sets for each exercise.
Execute each exercise at your own comfort level.
Repeat weight training routines at least 2-3 times per week.
Follow tempo count for each repetition based on each weight training goal.
